1. Digital Delivery Only
Avaq Studio sells digital wallpapers and assets. Since our products are completely digital, no physical shipping or delivery is required.
2. Delivery Timeline
Upon successful completion of your checkout simulation, your digital assets will be made available for download instantly on the confirmation screen. Additionally, a download link will be dispatched automatically to the email address provided during the checkout process within 5–10 minutes of transaction confirmation.
3. Delivery Failures / Support
If you do not receive the email containing your download links or experience any issues accessing the file downloads within 1 hour of purchase, please reach out to our support team at contact at avaq.studio with your payment receipt or transaction ID. We will verify your transaction and email you the assets immediately.
